  • When will my interest payments be paid to me?

    Your interest payment will be paid on 15 July each year into your nominated bank account. The final payment will be 15 July 2021, when the Bond is due to be repaid in full.

  • What information and correspondence should I expect every year from Thrive Renewables (Buchan) Ltd?

    We will send you your interest payment alongside an annual management report on or before 15 July annually (commencing on 15 July 2017).  You will also be able to view a copy of the annual financial statements for Thrive Renewables (Buchan) ltd on our website on the useful documents page.

  • How do I change my personal details or find out information about my bondholding?

    Computershare provide the registrar services for Thrive Renewables (Buchan) ltd.  This is the company that you will need to contact should you need to update any of your personal information.  They handle all our bondholder data and therefore it is also Computershare who you should notify of lost certificates, Power of Attorney, death, etc.  Most these changes need written authorisation from the shareholder. Whether you hold bonds, or shares, Computershare will refer to your holding as shares on their automated messages and website.

  • What reference number do I need to provide to Computershare when referring to

    In automated messages and online forms, Computershare will ask for your ‘shareholder reference number’.  When referencing your bonds, please always provide Computershare with your bondholder reference number.  This is found on the top right of your bond certificate and starts with the letter C.

  • How can I register for e-communication with Computershare?

    Electronic communications may be more convenient for you and save, paper, printing and postage. If you would like to receive communications from us by e-mail, you will need to register for e-communication at the following web address:

    Once you have filled out the form and clicked ‘submit’, you will be registered for electronic communications.  The company code is TRE and you will be asked to enter your shareholder reference number.

  • What if I do not have an email address?

    We will post all communication to you.

  • What personal details can I change with Computershare?

    You can register your change of postal address, email address, name, and bank account details into which the interest payments and investment capital repayment are paid. It is very important that you make Computershare aware of these changes so we can make the payments relating to the bond.

  • Will I receive my interest payments by cheque or by bank transfer?

    If you completed a paper application form then the bank account information you provided on the form will be used to make the payments.  If you completed an online application through the Ethex website, your interest payments will be made by cheque. If you would like the annual interest payments made directly to your bank account, please provide your bank details to Computershare who are the registrars of the bond.

  • How do I contact Computershare to update my personal details and/or for registrar enquiries?

    You can contact Computershare in any of the following 3 ways:

    Via the internet via Computershare’s Investor Centre

    You can update your personal details, or check information concerning your bondholding
    online via the Computershare Investor Centre.   To register for an account, and to sign in once have registered, please use the following web address:

    You will need the following information to register:

    Company Code: TRE
    Company Name: Thrive Renewables plc
    Shareholder Reference Number: The reference number quoted on your bond certificate and letters sent with your interest payment
    Postcode: Your postcode

    Once you have registered, you will be able to view information on your bondholding by logging in with the username and password that you have created.  To update any contact details in relation to your bondholding, the Investor Centre website will prompt you to activate your account through an activation code that is sent in the post.  This will be sent to the postal address that is already registered to your bondholding, and will take up to 5 working days. You will then need to use the activation code from this letter to activate your Investor Centre login.  Once you have an activated Investor Centre login, you can change your details at any time. However, if you have already moved home and have not yet activated your login details, then the activation letter will be sent to your previous address.  In this instance, we would advise contacting Computershare by phone or by post.

  • If I am a shareholder of Thrive Renewables plc and a bondholder of Thrive Renewables (Buchan) ltd and I want to change my contact details, should I inform Thrive Renewables about both separately?

    Yes, please contact Computershare and explicitly request to change your information for both your shareholding and for your bondholding.

  • How do I check the number of bonds that I hold?

    This information is stated on your bond certificate.  Alternatively, you can check this, as well as many other facts about your bondholding by contacting Computershare directly.

  • What if I lose my certificate?

    You will need to contact the registrar, Computershare by telephone on 0370 707 1350 in order to issue a replacement. A fee is charged for the replacement of certificates.  This fee differs depending on the value of the missing certificates.  For more specific information regarding fees, please contact Computershare.  It is important that you keep your bond certificate safe to avoid incurring costs.

  • What is Ethex’s role in the Bond Offer?

    During the Bond offer open period, Ethex were engaged as the Receiving Agent to the offer, processing all Bond applications. Now that the offer is closed, Ethex facilitate a Bulletin Board which allows Bond investors to sell their Bonds by communicating with interested buyers, subject to interested buyers being available.

  • How can I buy or sell bonds?

  • How does Ethex's Bulletin Board work for buying and selling bonds?

    Buyers and sellers post offers to buy or sell Bonds on the Ethex Bulletin Board. Buyers can then contact sellers by secure email via Ethex to make offers and agree the details of the trade.

    Once the match has been agreed between the two counterparties, Ethex will deal with the trade settlement, handle the funds for the transaction, and organise the transfer paperwork with both parties and the Registrar Computershare.
