Welcome to Thrive and thank you again for investing in the future of renewables. As a bondholder you will earn 5% interest a year and join our growing community of investors contributing to a cleaner, smarter energy system.

Your interest payment is fixed and payable annually in arrears on the 31 March. The first payment is due on 31 March 2017.

Key features of the Thrive Renewables Plc Bond

  • Date of Bond Offer launch: November 2016
  • Closing date: The First Offer (for investments under £90,000) is now closed. The Second Offer (for investments of £90,000 or more) closes on 27th February 2017
  • Amount raised: £4.4million raised in 3 weeks in the First Offer and £3.3million raised in the Second Offer to date (as at 9th December 2016)
  • Interest on the Bond is 5% gross per year, fixed and payable (net of UK basic rate tax) annually in arrears on 31st March in each calendar year
  • The first interest payment will be on 31st March 2017. Interest on Bonds held in an Innovative Finance ISA will be paid gross
  • The term of the Bond is 7 years. The Bond is repayable in full on 31st March 2024 (the company has the right to repay bondholders early in full after five years)
