Thrive Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at the Royal Institution, home of the Faraday Museum, in London on 30th June

Book now for the 2017 AGM

Shareholders and Thrive Renewables plc Bond holders are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders and bondholders will have different schedules on the day, with shareholders attending and voting on the formal business of the AGM and bondholders joining the management presentation and discussion.

AGM change to Agenda. Unfortunately due to extenuating circumstances, Sir Ed Davey is unable to attend the AGM as our guest speaker. We are delighted instead to welcome Felicity Jones of Everoze, the technical and commercial energy consultancy, as our guest speaker. Felicity is a specialist in new energy technologies and markets, particularly energy storage. More information about Felicity and Everoze can be found on their website www.everoze.com/

This important meeting provides a chance for our investors to hear about how Thrive is performing, to understand more about upcoming developments, including how the market and industry is performing and the chance to speak with the management team and the Board.

We aim to alternate the venues each year and for 2017 we shall be meeting in London at the historic Royal Institution, home to the Faraday Museum and an inspiration to all of us energy enthusiasts.

For shareholders, there is the opportunity to vote on resolutions and all this is detailed in the invitation sent out to all investors before the AGM in May. The Agenda will be published on our website here nearer the time.

Contact Thrive on info@thriverenewables.co.uk or call 0117 428 1850 to book your place (Thrive investors are welcome to bring one guest who must be registered with us in advance).

We look forward to seeing you there.

Investors will receive a copy of the Annual Report before the AGM. If you are not an investor with Thrive, you will be able to read our full annual report on the website in June.
