Our new ad: a school trip to the future with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall
What happens when you bring a renowned food writer and campaigner together with a group of curious kids… and place them in the shadow of a wind turbine? You get energy. In every sense!
It was a joy to welcome Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall and children from the city to our Bristol wind farm to film an ad, where they got to experience renewable energy in action. For many, it was their first time seeing a wind turbine up close. But what was most inspiring was how instinctively they ‘got it’: that clean, homegrown energy just makes sense – and that it should benefit everyone.
That’s been our belief for 30 years now. We’re proud to have supported 44 renewable projects across the UK, powered by thousands of individuals who’ve chosen to believe in a better future.
And if this visit was anything to go by, that future is already finding its roots.
