  • How do I check the number of shares I hold?

    The number of shares is printed on each share certificate. You may have more than one share certificate.

  • What if I have multiple holdings?

    Some shareholders have bought shares at different times over the years, so have several share certificates and holdings, and may have several different shareholder reference numbers. Please contact Computershare to merge all your shares in one holding. It is free of charge to merge your holdings, but if you want a new share certificate produced to cover the merged holdings, Computershare will charge a fee for this.   • What is the ‘nominal value’ of shares, as shown on the share certificate?

    The nominal value of shares is purely an accounting term and has no relation to the trading price of a share on the open market. We issue all Thrive Renewables shares with a nominal value of 50 pence, but trade at a price determined by the market. Regardless of the market-trading price, the nominal value of a share stays the same.

  • Do shares in Thrive Renewables qualify under the Enterprise Investment Scheme?

    No. Thrive Renewables does not qualify for this scheme because the company is too big.

  • How can I receive my dividend payment?

    You can receive your divided payment by cheque or by electronic transfer to a nominated bank account. Please contact Computershare if you want to change your method of payment. Whichever method you choose, we’ll send you a dividend statement for tax purposes.

    If you would prefer to receive your dividend as additional shares in the Company, you can sign up to the SCRIP dividend if your holding is 60 shares or more.

    The SCRIP dividend scheme allows shareholders to receive more shares in the Company instead of a ‘cash’ dividend payment. Please contact Computershare or Thrive Renewables to request a SCRIP mandate form and register for the SCRIP scheme. If you change your mind at a later date you can cancel the SCRIP dividend setting by notifying Computershare in writing. Currently the minimum number of shares needed for the SCRIP dividend scheme is 60 shares.

  • Can I waive my dividend payment?

    Yes. Following feedback from shareholders we have introduced a SCRIP dividend waiver scheme.

  • When is the Thrive Renewables Annual General Meeting?

    The 2020 AGM will take place on Friday 19 June 2020. The venue and location of the AGM is to be confirmed.
