AGM 2026
This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held online on Monday 29th June. The meeting was chaired by Jo Butlin OBE, Chair of the Board, and all resolutions were passed with a significant majority. The official business was followed by presentations from the management team, outlining highlights from the year and an update on how we are progressing with our growth plan. After the presentations we were joined by guest speaker, Merlin Hyman OBE, Chief Executive at Regen who provided insights on the current policy landscape in the renewables sector.
